Lisa Illman has been fortunate to work in sales and business development for over 15 years. She has enjoyed a robust career with Fortune 100 companies such as General Electric, Eastman Chemical and Hess Corporation. Lisa has learned from the best and has had the opportunity to build a successful business career while earning numerous awards for outstanding achievements. She now shares her experiences through speaking engagements, and business consulting services. In addition to a lengthy career in corporate America, she is the Founder of Kritter Kommunity. Born in 2009 out of her passion for pets, her vision for Kritter Kommunity was inspired by her beloved kitty cats. With very little cash to start her business, she and her cat Abigail started blogging and tweeting to gain product exposure. They were able to take 100 orders before their new product was even available. Lisa now works with pet brands that struggle getting media coverage. She helps them gain exposure in major magazines, blogs and newspapers in ninety days or less. In 2015 http://lisaillman.com was launched as a platform to offer her services and a space for blogging tips, tricks and lots of mistakes learned on the road of small business. After her first blog post went live on lisaillman.com, Lisa was introduced to Periscope and immediately saw the potential for bloggers and businesses. Three weeks after being on Periscope, her live stream journey was published in Forbes.com and in a Philadelphia newspaper. Using Periscope, she now scopes on business development topics daily.
